Our client is a Global energy player looking to expand the legal team. You will provide legal support across upstream assets, JV, acquisitions, LNG, LNG to power project development, terminal capacity arrangements. You are responsible for upstream acquisitions, divestments, structuring and transaction documentation, LNG to power projects/infrastructure commercial agreements.
Key Requirements You should possess min 8-15 PQE experience in LNG, project development space. Leading law firm experience is essential. You should possess significant experience in LNG, project development.
This is an excellent opportunity as the organisation is in growth mode. Open to lawyers from practice, with LNG, Project development experience.
