Arcadia Global School Al Furjan Classroom Coach (Arabic & English Speaking)

Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced classroom coach (Arabic & English speaking) to start immediately. The ideal candidate will support the teacher in providing a high-quality educational experience for students by assisting with classroom management and student supervision.

Requirements:

Secondary education is mandatory

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for working with children and helping them succeed

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Able to multitask and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times

Core Responsibilities

Working with the relevant teachers to appropriately support all matters pertaining to the day-to-day running of the school day

Assisting teachers with lesson preparation by getting resources ready and setting up equipment

Ensuring the classroom environment is safe, clean, and organised

Communicating, where relevant, in a professional manner with parents

In accordance with the new KHDA regulations, AGS will obtain two professional references, including one from the most recent employer. All schools in Dubai are legally obliged to provide references to other schools in Dubai when a safeguarding reference is requested.
