Apt Resources is seeking passionate and customer-focused baristas to join our client's team in Montenegro, Europe. We are looking for individuals with experience in specialty coffee preparation who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented settings. As a barista, you will craft high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding café experience.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.

Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.

Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards.

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment.

Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or training in hospitality, food & beverage, or barista skills is an advantage.

Previous experience as a barista in a high-volume café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service skills with a guest-oriented mindset.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be currently in UAE.

Benefits

EUR 700 net salary plus tips plus monthly performance bonus (2% of the outlet's revenue, shared among eligible team members) plus shared accommodation.
