DEBT RECOVERY MANAGER – NAIROBI AND COAST REGIONS

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise debt recovery teams.

Drive collections and achieve recovery targets.

Develop technology-driven strategies to trace, track and recover debts.

Manage delinquent accounts and optimize recovery processes.

Monitor performance and prepare recovery reports.

Engage clients and institutions to facilitate repayment.

Requirements

7–10 years’ experience in debt collection, microfinance or banking.

At least 3 years’ proven experience in management and team leadership.

Degree in Microfinance, Banking, Finance or a related field.

Proven track record in debt recovery and achievement of collection targets.

Strong ability to leverage technology, data and digital tools to enhance debt tracing and recovery.
