Accounts Officer

Responsibilities: Handle full set of vessel accounts, including PO accruals, portage bill, OPEX reporting and related accounting matters. Generate financial reports and ensure timely submission in accordance with owners’ requirements. Respond to vessel owners’ queries and follow up on accounting matters where required. Prepare working fund requests and perform calculations for deficit / surplus working fund. Complete vessel accounts in compliance with owners’ requirements and within the required timeline. Independently manage a portfolio of at least seven vessels. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Business Faculty. Minimum 1 year full set of accounts, experience in vessel accounting is an advantage. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
