Tutor (Full Time)

Job Responsibilities Plan and deliver lessons according to the curriculum and learning objectives.

Monitor students’ progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.

Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, assessments, and learning resources.

Adapt lesson plans to meet students’ different learning needs.

Participate in curriculum planning, team meetings, training, and company activities.

Support enrolment, placement assessments, workshops, and other education-related activities.

Perform other reasonable duties related to teaching, students, parents, and centre operations.

Be available to teach on weekday evenings, weekends, and school holidays based on operational needs. Alternative rest days may be arranged with Management.

Requirements Degree or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.

Relevant experience teaching primary school and/or kindergarten children.

Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.

Ability to build positive relationships with young learners.

Able to work collaboratively with academic and professional development teams.
