Production Manager

• Plan and control the production process to achieve quantity, quality, and cost targets.

• Monitor and control defects, rework, and scrap rates within target limits.

• Manage the maintenance of machinery, molds, and production equipment to ensure operational readiness.

• Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve production efficiency.

• Manage development projects and testing for new products/molds to meet customer deadlines.

• Coordinate with the design team, QA, and customers for new product approval processes (PPAP).

• Lead and manage the team, set targets, and develop subordinates' capabilities.

• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities (Kaizen / Cost Reduction).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in production management, including at least 3 years in a Managerial or Section Manager role within the aluminum or metal component manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of aluminum production processes, including Extrusion, Anodizing, and Powder Coating. Sound understanding of quality management systems, specifically ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Proficient in production management and Lean Manufacturing principles.
