*Key Responsibilities:*

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services in a variety of settings, including in-person and via telephone.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and records.
• Collaborate continuously with other medical and rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each client?s needs.

*Key Qualifications:*

• Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
• Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
• Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Registered Social Worker (RSW) (required)
