As a Director, HR (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead and manage the HR team

Provide leadership and strategic business partner role to the organisation and board's committee

Review and implement the HR policies

Oversee the talent management, performance management, organisational development, remuneration and welfare, staff retention and engagement, budget planning and manpower planning

Provide guidance and advice on all HR policies and services

Lead and empower stakeholders on change management

Develop and review compensation and benefits programmes

Advise to management and board committees on government-initiated manpower-related initiatives

Conduct annual review on all HR matters and services

Provide oversight to payroll function and ensure timely payroll processing on monthly basis

Perform the secretariat role to the Board’s HR Committee

Requirements: Min. Degree qualification, preferably in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent field.

Min. 5 years of HR managerial experience is preferrable.
