Job Summary

Support full-cycle recruitment for operations, admin, and depot teams by sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding, and maintaining recruitment data for roles from Operations Executives to Drivers and Warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

  • Post job advertisements on platforms such as JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, and Workforce SG to attract qualified candidates for logistics and operations roles
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates to identify those best suited for various logistics and operational positions
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessments with Heads of Departments, ensuring timely communication with candidates
  • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents to facilitate smooth new hire integration
  • Support new hire orientation to ensure effective assimilation into the company
  • Maintain and update weekly recruitment trackers to report on vacancies, time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and job portals to manage mass hiring for driver and warehouse positions when required
  • Use MS Excel and Google Sheets to track recruitment metrics and generate reports
  • Communicate effectively with both white-collar and blue-collar candidates to engage and assess suitability
  • Organize and manage multiple open recruitment roles proactively to meet hiring targets

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (from "Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field")

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration, preferably with exposure to logistics, transport, or blue-collar hiring (from "1-2 years in recruitment/HR admin. Experience in logistics, transport, or blue-collar hiring is a plus")
