Dispatcher

Functional roles and responsibilities

• To support dispatch team in dispatch activities, in accordance to the delivery plan, enabling the company to meet its commercial/site objective.
• Assist the dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.

• Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement.
• Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by dispatch supervisor.

• Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage.
• Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes and maintain accurate records of all returned materials.

Education/certification and continued education

• Minimum senior secondary school.

Years of experience

• 2–3 years experience.
