The role is responsible for representing the company in our indirect channels and acting as the primary focal point for customers, processing cash-in and cash-out services, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to ensure a seamless and efficient experience.

Represent Al Ahly Momkn inside the strategic accounts (Universities, Clubs, Governments authorities, Microfinance & etc.….) for electronic cash collection

Act as the primary focal point for customers in processing cash-in or cash-out services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for customers

Ensure all interactions with customers are conducted professionally to deliver an exceptional experience.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
