Engineering & Technical Assistant Engineer（Campus Recruitment Position）

1. Process/ Product Engineering: Participate in PCB production flow optimization, process design, sample testing and yield improvement.
2. Project Development: Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI), follow up customer requirements and technical reviews.
3. Planning / Production Management: Coordinate production scheduling, material planning and capacity analysis, support collaboration between China and Thailand factories.
4. Customer Service: Interface with Thai and Southeast Asian customers, provide technical consultation and after-sales support, handle quality feedback.

Qualifications: 2026 Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronic Information, Physics, Statistics or related STEM fields. Fluent English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred. Good communication and teamwork skills; logical thinking with problem analysis and solving abilities. Interest in manufacturing or PCB industry, willing to develop long-term in technical or management path.
