EHS Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Compliance & System: Execute Thai safety regulations, maintain safety SOPs and ISO45001 system, follow up audit rectification, manage special equipment, occupational health and safety committee.
2. Site Management: Identify site hazards, supervise high-risk operations, manage contractor safety and full-process chemical control.
3. Fire & Emergency: Maintain fire facilities, organize emergency drills, investigate accidents and complete legal reporting & rectification per Thai laws.
4. Safety Training: Conduct tiered safety training, prepare trilingual training documents and keep records, build factory safety culture.
5. Internal & External Coordination: Communicate with Thai government authorities for inspection rectification; perform EHS pre-acceptance for new workshops, compile safety KPIs and reports.
6. Finish other EHS assignments assigned by superiors.

Qualifications: Education & Qualification: College diploma or above, safety/environment/chemical/machinery majors preferred. College holders with Certified Safety Engineer certificate are prioritized; rich practical experience can waive the certificate. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years manufacturing EHS experience, Thai factory safety management background is a plus; PCB, electroplating, lithium battery & precision electronics experience preferred. Language Proficiency: Fluent Thai, basic English to communicate independently with Thai authorities, staff and contractors. Professional Skills: Familiar with Thai safety & fire laws, assist ISO45001 & RBA audits; capable of site risk control, fire equipment operation and local emergency handling; proficient in office software.
