Miss’n Mrs Virtues (MMV) is a purpose-driven platform on a mission to reconcile the female gender with the purpose of creation and existence across all walks of life.

We are looking for a passionate, organised and results-driven Program Manager/Fundraiser to join our team and help us develop impactful programmes, build partnerships and mobilise resources to advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage MMV programmes and activities. Develop project plans, budgets, reports and proposals. Identify and pursue funding and fundraising opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners and stakeholders. Support grant applications, fundraising campaigns and donor communications. Monitor programme implementation, outcomes and impact. Coordinate with team members and external partners to ensure effective delivery. Represent MMV professionally in meetings and relevant engagements.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in programme management, fundraising, grant writing or nonprofit/development work. Excellent communication, writing and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Passion for women’s empowerment, social development and meaningful impact. Media savvy

Job Details

📍 Location: Egbeda–Ikotun Road, Lagos

🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

💰 Remuneration: ₦150,000–₦250,000 monthly, depending on experience and skills
