🎨 We’re Hiring: Intern Digital Social media and Content AITIMEDIA is a Jakarta & Bali–based digital marketing agency helping brands grow through smart, integrated marketing solutions. We’re expanding fast and looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-loving Intern Digital Social media and Content to join our Jakarta team 🚀

✨ What You’ll Do

• Plan and run fun & impactful campaigns with our team (food, beauty, retail)
• Work closely with internal teams to create awesome content
• Research campaign ideas, trends, and write engaging content
• Coordinate with clients & teams to manage timelines and deliverables
• Create content briefs and initial creative drafts
• Monitor, optimize, and improve content performance
• Handle product samples and join team visits when needed
• Edit content for clients (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
• Pitch creative ideas for Instagram Reels & TikTok to team
• Stay updated with the latest IG & TikTok trends, music, and formats

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related fields
• At least 1 year experience in marketing, campaign planning, or community handling
• Confidently appear in front of camera and making content
• Used to make content and posting on Tiktok and IG
• Can juggle multiple projects without losing your cool 😎
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills
• Great communication & problem-solving skills
• Good at administration
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid agency environment
• Up-to-date with digital trends & influencer culture
