Air Operations Officer (Import & Export)

📍 Location: Changi Airfreight Centre 💰 Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 2,600 🕘 Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9:00am–6:00pm | Sat: 9:00am–1:00pm 📅 Working Days: 5.5 days

We're Looking for Candidates Who Are:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
• No experience required – Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided.
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Team player with basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air import and export shipments.
• Liaise with airlines, warehouse, transport providers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
• Arrange shipment bookings and monitor cargo movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (MAWB, HAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Order, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with airline requirements, Singapore Customs regulations, and company SOPs.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update the freight management system.
• Resolve shipment-related issues and support daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
