Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive product awareness and business growth.

Promote assigned products using evidence-based clinical knowledge while delivering impactful scientific presentations.

Develop and execute territory plans to maximize coverage, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies while managing product samples, CRM updates, and administrative activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

2–5 years of pharmaceutical sales or product specialist experience.

Strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market, excellent communication skills, and ability to build relationships with HCPs.
