Oracle HCM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Responsible to lead end to end Oracle Fusion implementation and rollout projects.
• To lead the overall solution from Oracle Fusion functional Human Capital perspective for complex projects, especially the Payroll module.

• Good business knowledge and extensive Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience is mandatory. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion other HCM modules like Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce, and Benefits is required.
• Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.

• Lead experience is necessary; should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client-facing experience.
• Very good implementation experience (at least 3-4) in Fusion Cloud Payroll, Fast Formula, and HDL.

• Should have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion implementation projects.
• Having certification on any Oracle HCM module is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer handling skills are mandatory.
