Attendance & Payroll Preparation Track and monitor daily attendance, shifts, overtime, lateness, and leave for both factory workers and corporate staff.

Compile and verify all monthly payroll inputs (overtime hours, deductions, penalties, unpaid leaves) and submit them to the Payroll Specialist. Process and record all leave requests (annual, sick, casual) in the HR system/files. Personnel & Documentation Management Collect, verify, and maintain complete employee files and hiring documents (national ID, military status certificate, criminal record, certificates) for new hires.

Update and maintain both digital (HRIS) and physical employee records, ensuring full legal and internal compliance. Handle social insurance documentation and manage employee enrollment/termination in private medical insurance programs. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist with high-volume recruitment for factory workers as well as initial screening for corporate positions.

Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics with hiring managers and floor supervisors. Conduct onboarding for all new hires, including factory site tours, office introductions, ID badge issuance, and coordinating work equipment setups. Employee Relations & On-Ground Operations Serve as the first point of contact for daily employee inquiries regarding attendance, policies, uniforms, transportation, and basic workplace complaints.

Coordinate pre-employment medical checks, routine safety checks, and document work injury reports in accordance with occupational health and safety standards. Support the organization of internal company events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives across both office and factory settings.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Personnel Specialist. Industry Background: Prior experience in manufacturing, agribusiness, or food production environments handling both factory workforce (blue-collar) and office staff (white-collar) is a strong plus.
