Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree all major
• 1–3 Years Experience in Related Position (Brand Development, Business Development, Key Account, atau Affiliate Marketing)
• Understanding of the Affiliate Program on TikTok and Shopee is preferred
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with brands/partners
• Familiar with basic sales/partnership metrics (conversion rate, GMV, commission structure)
• Comfortable doing outreach and cold approach to potential brand partners
• Excellent Negotiating Skill
• Excellent Communication Skill (written & verbal)
• Excellent Teamwork
• Detail-oriented and target-driven
• Hardworking
