Equipment Engineering

1. Fully responsible for asset management and maintenance improvement of all production equipment at the

Thailand plant, managing the equipment team and their work.

1. Lead asset management including equipment registration, depreciation calculation, and disposal; ensure

completeness and accuracy of equipment assets.

1. Develop preventive maintenance plans to ensure normal operation and high utilization of equipment,

minimizing unplanned downtime.

1. Responsible for rapid response and repair of equipment failures; establish emergency response plans to

shorten fault recovery time.

1. Participate in new equipment selection, evaluation, and introduction; support equipment modification and

upgrading based on process requirements.

1. Manage spare parts inventory, optimize spare parts procurement strategies, and control maintenance costs.
2. Responsible for organizational management of equipment engineers and equipment technicians,

including team structure setup, work allocation, capability training, performance evaluation, and talent pipeline planning and development.

1. Train and guide equipment technicians and operators to enhance equipment operation and maintenance

skills.

1. Monitor equipment operating parameters and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data, analyze

abnormalities, and drive continuous improvement.

1. Establish equipment maintenance records and equipment management ledgers to ensure standardized and

systematic equipment management. Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. Three years or more of equipment maintenance management experience in the optical communication industry or precision electronics manufacturing; team management experience is preferred. Familiar with the working principles and maintenance points of common equipment in the optical communication industry (such as coupling equipment, die bonding equipment, wire bonding equipment, test instruments, etc.). Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and perform fault analysis. Daily working English proficiency; able to read equipment manuals in English and participate in English meetings.
