Manual Tester (Network Monitoring Software)

We are looking for an ambitious yet patient specialist who consciously chooses the agility of a small company over rigid corporate structures. We need a smart, communicative professional who doesn't just click through tickets but understands network ecosystems and can clearly pinpoint and describe technical issues. About the Environment: At AdRem, software production follows Agile and Kanban. We process a few hundred cards per month. Here, you are a direct partner to the development team, not a nameless cog in a corporate machine.

Daily tasks

• Quality Assurance: Perform smoke, release, functional, and usability testing of our network monitoring software.
• Bug Reporting & Collaboration: Work closely with developers. Your job is to investigate, reproduce, and describe bugs in Kanban cards using clear, straightforward language so developers can work on them easily.
• Product Input: Analyze product usability and identify areas for optimization and future features.

Requirements

Requirements (Must-Have): Networking Fundamentals : Good practical knowledge of TCP/IP, network devices, and virtualization technologies. Clear Communication: Ability to explain complex technical problems using concise, easy-to-understand written text. Language: Minimum B2 English proficiency. Daily written communication and bug reporting in cards are strictly in English. Mindset: Critical thinking, good attention to detail, and the patience required to thoroughly diagnose issues.

Nice-to-Have (Big Plus): Hands-on Background: Prior experience as a Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, or IT Support Specialist. Educational Experience: Past experience as an IT educator, technical trainer, or IT product presenter.
