Project Manager (Construction)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and overall site operations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise site activities to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues, delays and operational challenges.
- Ensure construction works comply with Singapore safety regulations and building requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage project resources, costs and documentation to ensure timely project delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
- Experience in managing construction projects and overseeing site operations.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, project budgeting and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.
