JOB OVERVIEW

The Recruitment Lead - AMR is responsible for leading the recruitment team in delivering recruitment solutions to clients. The role focuses on team performance, recruitment delivery, client/candidate management, and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Team Leadership & Management -

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
• Set recruitment priorities, monitor team performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Support team members in handling challenging recruitment cases and client requirements.
• Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and candidate-focused team environment.

1. Recruitment Delivery -

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for recruitment projects.
• Ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client requirements and hiring needs.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including fulfilment rate, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and retention.

1. Client & Business Management -

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and understand their workforce requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, requirement briefings, and recruitment solution discussions.
• Identify opportunities to expand staffing services and contribute to business growth.

1. Process & Operations -

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and team productivity.
• Prepare and review recruitment reports and provide insights to management.
• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth operations, service delivery, cross-selling opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
