Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions Conduct HSE inductions, safety training, and toolbox talks Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations Maintain HSE records and reports.

Requirements Minimum of HND in a relevant discipline ISO Certification (Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer) is required Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Safety/HSE Officer in a manufacturing environment Good knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently Liaise with regulatory agencies and promote a strong safety culture.
