Location: Nigeria Role Overview The Hospitality Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery of all facility functions within a hospitality environment. This role ensures the facility operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with service standards expected in a guest-focused setting. The manager will lead the FM team, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain high operational standards that support an exceptional guest and resident experience. Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the Facility Management (FM) team, ensuring the team performs effectively, takes accountability for their responsibilities, and follows the required operational standards. Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, landscaping, and general building upkeep to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and well maintained. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to hospitality facilities and maintain the required standards across the facility. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime, prevent recurring issues, and extend the life cycle of facility assets. Coordinate closely with hospitality operations teams, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Security, to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest service delivery. Respond promptly to facility issues, emergencies, and guest-impacting incidents, ensuring problems are addressed quickly with minimum disruption to guests and residents. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving facility efficiency, sustainability, operational performance, and overall guest satisfaction. Maintain a strong eye for detail within residential spaces, ensuring rooms, apartments, and shared areas are properly maintained and meet readiness standards for bookings, move-ins, and client expectations. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, apartments, and common areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, presentation, and overall standards are maintained in line with the hospitality service culture. Collaborate closely with guest services teams to support a smooth booking experience and ensure rooms are consistently ready and maintained to a high-quality standard.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a hospitality facility management role (hotel, resort, serviced apartments, or similar environment). Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and hospitality operational standards. Proven leadership experience managing technical and service teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of detail, particularly in residential or guest-occupied spaces. Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to operational challenges. Professional certifications in Facility Management (e.g., IFMA, CFM, FMP) are an added advantage.
