Position Summary
The Line Leader is responsible forsupervising production line operations, managing operators, and ensuring dailyproduction targets, quality standards, and process compliance are achieved .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervisedaily production activities and operator performance
- Hands-onexperience operating SMT BGA rework stations — setup, profiling, alignment,reflow, component removal and replacement, and post-rework inspection.
- Proficientin soldering iron operations — through-hole and surface-mount soldering,desoldering, wire stripping, tinning, and workmanship per IPC standards.
- Experienceas a Production Line Leader, Team Lead, or Lead Operator is strongly preferred.
- Familiaritywith SMT assembly processes, PCB handling, and electronic component types.
- Experiencein SMT, Soldering & BGA Rework
- Monitorproduction status and escalate issues promptly
- Coordinatewith Production, QA, and Engineering teams
- Supporttraining and development of line operators
Qualifications
Education
- Technicaldiploma or above in engineering or related field
Experience
- 5+ years ofexperience in manufacturing or production environment
- Priorsupervisory or leadership experience preferred
Technical Skills
- Understandingof production processes (assembly, DB/WB/AA/Test)
- Knowledge of SOP, WI, and quality standards
- Basicproduction data tracking and reporting
Soft Skills
- Leadershipand team management skills
- Strongcommunication and coordination ability
- Problem-solvingand decision-making capability
