Content Producer (Videography & Photography)

About the company

We are a Lagos-based real estate and property management company specializing in short-let property management, residential property sales, and rentals.

Your tasks

The Content Producer is responsible for hands-on photography, videography, and post-production for Abodes Lagos’ properties, brand activities, and marketing campaigns. This is an execution-focused creative role for someone who can capture, edit, and deliver high-quality visual assets. It is not a Social Media Management role.

• Photograph properties, interiors, lifestyle moments, events, and company activities for marketing and promotional use.
• Shoot video content, including property walkthroughs, short-form promotional videos, and campaign footage.

• Edit photographs and videos into polished, engaging, platform-ready content.
• Apply good judgement in composition, lighting, framing, camera movement, pacing, colour, and sound.

• Work with the Digital Lead and marketing team to interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas, shot lists, and storyboards.
• Deliver content according to agreed briefs, brand direction, quality expectations, and deadlines.

• Prepare appropriate versions and formats for social media, the website, property listings, and other marketing channels.
• Organise and maintain a structured library of raw and edited media assets.

• Update property and brand media on the company website when required.
• Handle company production equipment carefully and report equipment issues promptly.

• Keep up with relevant production tools, techniques, and visual trends to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrable photography and videography skills, supported by a portfolio or showreel.
• Practical photo and video editing ability, with confidence taking content from raw material to finished output.

• Good eye for composition, lighting, detail, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with relevant editing software and production equipment.

• Creativity, reliability, organisation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while taking direction and collaborating with a team.

• Real estate, hospitality, property, architecture, or lifestyle content experience is an advantage.
