Project Manager - Stone Subcontracting

KEY ROLE You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, fabrication, logistics, site installation, quality control, cost management, and client coordination.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage project execution from contract to handover
- Coordinate shop drawings, materials, factory production & site installation
- Control project cost, budget, and cash flow
- Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Lead site teams and coordinate with consultants & main contractors
- Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle variations, claims, and project documentation
- 8–12+ years of construction/project management experience
- Preferably Arabic Tongue
- Strong background in stone / marble / granite / façade works
- Experience in fabrication and site installation projects
- Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and QA/QC
- GCC experience is a must
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in MS office and AUTOCAD
- Arabic tongue is a must, Fluency in English is a plus
