Job Summary

You will supervise and lead installation teams to ensure safe, efficient work practices while managing new business projects and maintaining solar energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installer team to ensure safe and efficient work practices in construction and installation projects
• Oversee new business operations related to rubbish chute systems, driving project progress and client satisfaction
• Maintain solar energy systems by performing regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Assess solar panel installation sites, review energy audits, and prepare detailed specifications and configurations for solar energy solutions
• Provide technical direction and support to installation teams during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, and performance monitoring to ensure quality outcomes
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising in solar energy systems to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability
• Deliver technical support and expert advice to clients and field professionals to facilitate effective system use and problem resolution

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to support operational and site visit requirements
