• Design, implement, manage, consult, and maintain server systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Develop and manage service backup solutions to safeguard critical data and systems.
• Design and build comprehensive service monitoring systems and ensure effective monitoring of system performance.
• Provide support to application and project teams, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Document operational runbooks and provide coaching to team members as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of system issues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Applications from fresh graduates are welcome. Good knowledge or experience in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Proficiency in server systems, VM servers, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI). Strong understanding of operating systems such as Linux and Windows Server. (MCSA/MCSE certifications are a plus). Familiarity with database systems, including MSSQL and MySQL. Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer problems effectively. Quick learner with a self-initiative mindset and a proactive attitude. High sense of responsibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Open-minded and adaptable to changing situations and challenges. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused service mindset. Manage cloud systems, Microsoft 365 systems, and understanding of Windows Server operating systems.
