Accounting Lead

We're hiring Accounting Lead

Location: Cipete, South Jakarta Working Arrangement: Full WFO, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in a Senior Staff or Coordinator role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business operations.
• Able to spot financial risks, anticipate future challenges, and recommend practical solutions based on data.
• Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions and support strategic decisions.
• Willing to Work From Office in Cipete, South Jakarta
