We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales operations in Tunisia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Low Current Systems and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic customer relationships. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a team of 7 Sales Executives , developing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 7–10+ years of sales experience , including experience in a sales leadership role. Proven experience in selling Low Current Systems/products. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Proven ability to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. Willingness to relocate to Tunisia .
