Project Manager for LTA MRT project (A1 Main Con)

Develop master construction schedules, work sequences, and resource allocations. Oversee site operations for MRT stations, tunnels, deep excavations, or road underpasses. Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals. Coordinate interface issues with utility providers (SP Group, Singtel). Lead progress meetings with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors. Monitor project financials, cost control, and cash flow projections. Manage variation orders, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and subcontractor contracts. Prepare periodic progress reports for upper management and stakeholders Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH/MOM) regulations and LTA safety targets. Implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans. Identify engineering and operational risks early to prevent project delays
