Freelance Recruiter

Responsibilities:

Source qualified candidates for available positions.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Review CVs and assess candidates against job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.

Verify relevant experience, qualifications, availability and interest.

Explain job opportunities accurately and professionally to candidates.

Obtain appropriate candidate consent before submitting their information.

Submit qualified candidates through the Onboard recruitment workflow.

Follow up with candidates when additional information or documentation is required.

Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Work closely with the Onboard team where additional candidate information or clarification is required.

Ensure all information submitted is accurate, complete and genuine.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, staffing or candidate sourcing.

A strong professional or candidate network.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate assessment and screening ability.

Good attention to detail.

A proactive and commercially minded approach.

The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

Persistence and a results-driven attitude.

Professional judgment when determining whether a candidate is genuinely suitable for a role.
