Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule site inspections with clients, contractors, and inspectors
Maintain inspection required documentation before site inspection
Ensure all requests for site inspections comply with project specifications and include all the required latest supported documents
Maintain and update site inspection records, non-conformance reports, and tracking logs
Follow up with quality engineers for alarming and close out due site inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions until closure
Liaise with quality teams and external stakeholders regarding site inspection packages and documentation files, maintaining and updating project logs
Monitor site inspection progress and provide regular status updates for the request for inspection status and statistics (open, closed, rejected, ongoing, etc.)
Support site and construction audits and ensure inspection documentation is properly filed and accessible
Track key site inspection metrics and site KPIs and prepare reports highlighting inspection performance and outstanding issues along with site quality team
Collect and maintain all site summary status of all the inspection and site quality activities from quality team and consolidate it in site weekly and monthly quality reports issued to client
Communicate daily site RFIs issuance and close out after endorsement to client via company portal
Keep and maintain final site quality dossiers for final handover to client after finalization and approval by all involved site quality team of stakeholders (subcontractor, EPCM contractor & client)
Skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Knowledge of quality control and inspection procedures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Ability to manage multiple site inspection schedules and deadlines of submissions

Expected:
Diploma or degree engineering level with professional qualifications and accreditation relevant to the role
Minimum 8+ years of oil & gas experience
Previous experience in inspection coordination activities in EPC/PMC projects
Experience in vendor inspection requirements, third-party coordination, inspection reports and notifications maintaining
Experience in preparing and maintaining inspection registers (inspection registers, material release register, notification registers)
Experience in preparing master project POs inspection look ahead schedule/plan including pre-inspection meeting and factory acceptance tests look ahead plan
Experience in mechanical, preferably with NDT level II and welding preferably CWI or CSWIP knowledge; electrical/equipment experience is preferable
