Accounting Officer Lagos, Nigeria As part of our Finance team, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, proper invoice processing, and efficient financial operations. Process and verify all vendor and customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness Manage the full invoicing cycle, including generation, submission, and follow-up to payment Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting Ensure compliance with financial procedures while maintaining accurate records and reports Liaise with customers and vendors to resolve invoice, payment, and documentation issues

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance/accounting role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations and financial reporting

Nice to have

ICAN certification or currently in progress Knowledge of internal controls and financial compliance processes Experience working with e-procurement platforms Ability to work with ERP systems
