Estimation & Tendering Manager [SL]

We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead our tendering team and oversee tender submissions for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process, developing competitive pricing strategies and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting competitive tender proposals.
• Oversee the complete tendering process, including tender review, planning, pricing and submission.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with QS, Engineering, Procurement and other departments on technical and commercial matters.
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, BOQ reviews and subcontractor quotation assessments.
• Identify project risks and evaluate contractual and commercial considerations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on tender enquiries and clarifications.
• Monitor tender schedules and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Present tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
• Manage post-tender clarifications, negotiations and successful project handovers.
• Maintain proper tender documentation and records.
