Project/Program Manager (US MNC Semiconductor)

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Finance transformation projects from planning to implementation and value realisation. Define project scope, timelines, resources, governance and success measures. Coordinate Finance, Procurement, IT and external vendors. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, KPIs and executive reporting. Ensure project outcomes align with Finance processes, controls and business objectives. Drive change management, communication, training, UAT and operational readiness. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline. At least 10 years of finance transformation, programme or project management experience. Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programmes. Strong understanding of PTP/S2P, R2R, OTC and FP&A processes. Experience with process improvement, Finance systems and reporting platforms. Able to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrix organisation.
