Maintenance Lead / Trưởng Nhóm Thiết Bị

Purpose of the position The Maintenance Lead is the Progressive Maintenance systems owner for their line(s). They are responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown related losses, through root causing and embedding countermeasures in standards. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for building capability in Operating Teams to deliver overall line results supporting the CBN.

Main Responsibilities 1....

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising and executing maintenance activities.
• Good understanding of mechanical processes, both hands on and theory .
• Overall technical skills (depending on assets under responsibility).
• Able to communicate, read & write in English.
• Good at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
