TH: ตรวจรับสินค้าขาเข้า ตรวจสอบจำนวน และสภาพสินค้าให้ตรงกับเอกสารใบสั่งซื้อ EN: Receive incoming goods, inspect quantities, and check product conditions against purchase orders.
2.การตรวจนับสต็อก / Stock Counting & Inventory TH: ตรวจนับและเช็กยอดสินค้าคงคลังประจำวัน ประจำสัปดาห์ หรือประจำเดือน เพื่อป้องกันสินค้าสูญหาย EN: Perform daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent shortages.4. การจัดสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อ / Order
3.การจ่ายและจัดส่งสินค้า / Goods Dispatch TH: ประสานงานกับทีมขนส่งเพื่อโหลดสินค้าขึ้นรถ และควบคุมการจ่ายสินค้าออกอย่างถูกต้อง EN: Coordinate with the logistics team for vehicle loading and monitor the dispatch process.
- ใบอนุญาตขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์ / Forklift License
TH: มีใบรับรองผ่านการฝึกอบรม หรือมีใบอนุญาตขับรถโฟล์คลิฟท์โดยตรง (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) EN: Possess a valid forklift training certificate or forklift driving license (highly preferred).
5.การบันทึกข้อมูลในระบบ / Data Entry TH: บันทึกข้อมูลการรับ-จ่าย และโอนย้ายสินค้าลงในระบบบริหารคลังสินค้า (เช่น WMS, ERP, Excel) EN: Update receiving, dispatching, and stock movement data in the warehouse management system.
6.จัดวัตถุดิบตามใบสั่งผลิต / Picking Production Materials TH: จัดเตรียมและจ่ายวัตถุดิบ สารเคมี หรือชิ้นส่วนประกอบตามใบสั่งผลิต (Material Requisition) ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน EN: Pick and issue raw materials, chemicals, or components accurately based on production requisition orders
7.จัดสินค้าตามคำสั่งซื้อลูกค้า / Customer Order PickingTH: จัดเตรียมและหยิบสินค้าสำเร็จรูปจากชั้นวางตามใบสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า (Customer Pick List) เพื่อเตรียมจัดส่งEN: Pick finished goods from racks according to customer pick lists to prepare for final shipment.
8.ตรวจรับสินค้าสำเร็จรูปจากไลน์ผลิต / Receiving Finished Goods TH: ตรวจรับสินค้าสำเร็จรูป (Finished Goods) ที่ผลิตเสร็จแล้วจากไลน์ผลิต ตรวจสอบยอด และบันทึกเข้าระบบคลังสินค้า EN: Receive and check finished goods from production lines, verifying total quantities before system entry.
Qualifications: Vocational Certificate (ปวส), or Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations Solid understanding of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. Responsible, hard-working, and flexible to work overtime (OT) or shifts if required. .Familiarity with inventory management systems (such as WMS, SAP, or barcode scanning systems).
