Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations .
- Assign and coordinate manpower and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor daily collection, sorting and delivery activities .
- Coordinate with customers, delivery personnel and relevant parties on operational matters.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and work performance of the team.
- Ensure all deliveries are carried out accurately, safely and on time .
- Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions when required.
- Maintain proper records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies, procedures and safety requirements .
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in logistics, courier or delivery operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and team management skills .
- Able to work independently and handle operational issues effectively.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
- Able to manage changing schedules and operational requirements.
