Repair Technician
Key Responsibilities Perform hardware repair, refurbishment, and redeployment activities for operational equipment and platforms
Assemble and disassemble hardware systems and components
Troubleshoot and replace defective components, including computer parts, camera systems, PCB boards, and vehicle-related hardware
Handle and operate hardware equipment, mechanical tools, soldering tools, and safety equipment
Ensure proper maintenance and organization of repair center equipment and materials
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to support repair workflows and material movement
Maintain accurate repair and inventory documentation
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for repair center supplies and operational materials
Assist with forecasting workload, inventory needs, and operational capacity
Support implementation of repair and refurbishment procedures and operational best practices
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational security procedures
Collaborate with technical leads and operational teams to document and improve repair processes
Required Qualifications Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
Business-level English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience in hardware operations, repair, refurbishment, or technical support
Experience with various testing and troubleshooting techniques
Experience working with hardware systems, electronics, or mechanical equipment preferred
Technical Skills
Strong hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
Familiarity with hardware installation and warehouse operations
Experience working with:
Vehicle components
Computer hardware
Camera systems
PCB components
Mechanical and electrical tools
Ability to safely operate repair tools and workshop equipment
Experience with soldering tools and basic electronic repairs preferred
Forklift operation skills are considered an advantage
