The Role The Programme/ Healthcare Assistant plays a crucial role in assisting clients with daily living activities and basic patient care. Their work includes providing clinical, personal, therapy and psychosocial care, enhancing the well-being of the clients through individualized care plans. Responsibilities Provide interactive activities and group exercises to clients

Provide blood pressure and blood sugar measurement and reading under supervision of a nurse

Provide personal care according to the individual needs (ie grooming, dressing, showers, bathing, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, feeding, laundry)

Provide transport escort for clients on company transport

Maintain a safe and clean environment

Assist multi-disciplinary team with regards to the client’s care plan

Other duties as assigned by HOP

Requirements Min GCE N level

WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing care or Therapy)

Preferably with experience in providing care for seniors in community care setting e.g. senior day care

Good working attitude
