Regional Marketing Director - Strategy - Fintech

Job Description

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy regionally.
• Lead digital, performance, brand, content and social media marketing activities.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention .
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, events and partnerships .
• Manage SEO, SEM, paid advertising, website and social media initiatives.
• Develop content and campaigns to strengthen brand and market presence .
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget, agencies, KOLs and external partners .
• Track key marketing metrics including customer acquisition, conversion and ROI .
• Work closely with Business, Product, Compliance and regional teams to support business growth.
• Lead and develop the Singapore marketing team .
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with MAS and internal regulatory requirements .

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of marketing experience and leading.
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, brokerage, banking, investment or technology preferred.
• Strong background in digital/performance marketing and customer acquisition .
• Experience managing a team and marketing budget.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore market .
• Financial markets or investment knowledge is an advantage.
