Retail Associate — Bugis Junction Toy Space Collectible Pte Ltd | Singapore

We’re looking for a Full-Time Retail Associate for our new Bugis Junction outlet . This isn’t just a cashier role. You’ll be working around diecast cars and TCG every day, helping collectors discover new releases, recommending products and making sure our store and inventory run smoothly. Whether you’re already a serious collector or simply someone who enjoys cars, toys and retail — we’d love to meet you.

🛒 What You’ll Be Doing

Help Customers Find Something They’ll Love You’ll be one of the faces of Toy Space at Bugis Junction. You’ll:

• Welcome and assist customers
• Recommend products based on what they’re looking for
• Share information about brands, models and new releases
• Help new collectors get started
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service

You don’t need to know every model on Day 1 — we’ll help you learn. But if you’re already into Hot Wheels, MINI GT, INNO64, Tarmac Works, Ignition Model or other collectibles… even better. 😎

💳 Cashiering & Store Operations

You’ll help keep the store running smoothly every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the POS and cashier
• Opening and/or closing the store
• Keeping the store organised and presentable
• Replenishing products on shelves and displays
• Making sure products are correctly priced and displayed

📦 Stock & Inventory

Collectibles move fast, especially during new releases. You’ll help us keep track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. This includes:

• Receiving and checking stock
• Conducting regular stock counts
• Checking stock quantities against our inventory system
• Reporting stock discrepancies
• Organising products in the store
• Preparing and receiving stock transfers between outlets

Accuracy is important. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility for the stock under their care.

📮 Packing Online Orders

Our retail and online businesses work together. When required, you’ll also help with:

• Picking products for online orders
• Packing orders carefully and accurately
• Preparing parcels for collection
• Making sure customers receive the correct products

👀 Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy talking to customers
• Have a positive and friendly personality
• Are responsible and punctual
• Are organised and careful with stock
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable handling cashier duties
• Are willing to learn about our products and brands
• Are comfortable with hands-on work such as unpacking cartons, stocking shelves and packing orders
• Can work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not compulsory. We’re happy to train someone with the right attitude.
