Position Overview  Tiberius is seeking an experienced RevOps Manager to own the company's CRM, pipeline architecture, forecasting cadence, and commercial data infrastructure across all programs and geographies.  This is a high-ownership role for someone who can bring structure, discipline, and visibility to a rapidly scaling aerospace and defense business. The RevOps Manager will ensure every lead, account, opportunity, program, customer interaction, and follow-up action is properly captured, managed, tracked, and reported, and will connect that data to how leadership plans, forecasts, and makes decisions. The ideal candidate is a CRM expert with strong Salesforce experience, a working knowledge of the full revenue lifecycle (BD, capture, proposals, program delivery), and the ability to build scalable systems that give leadership a clear view of commercial activity, pipeline health, program-level opportunity, geographic coverage, and forecasted revenue. What You'll Do Own Salesforce as the central system of record for all leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, programs, geographies, and customer activity Build and maintain pipeline architecture spanning business development, capture, proposals, and program-level engagement Design the forecasting cadence: pipeline coverage, stage-to-close conversion, weighted forecast, and forecast-to-actuals accuracy Partner with the cofounders and executive leadership to define how commercial data should be captured, reported, and used in decision-making Build dashboards and reporting packs that give leadership visibility into leads, pipeline, conversion, program-level opportunities, geographic coverage, and revenue forecast Improve CRM discipline org-wide: data quality, consistent usage, clean handoffs between BD, capture, and program teams, and accountability Identify gaps in lead management, CRM usage, pipeline hygiene, and commercial reporting, then build practical solutions Train and support internal users so Salesforce is adopted properly and used consistently across a growing team Be an integral part of an international BD team, interacting and coordinating with other regional RevOps Managers, developing cohesive plans and processes to standardize sales and revenue metrics and optimise sales reporting. Look for innovative ways to fully segment and mobilise Tiberius’ extensive network of leads to support a broad gamut of relationship building and promotional engagement activities. CRM, Pipeline & Reporting Own Salesforce configuration, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, user adoption, workflow design, and process discipline Build lead and opportunity routing rules across programs, geographies, customer segments, and pursuit types Maintain consistent definitions for lead status, qualification criteria, opportunity/capture stages, and forecast categories Ensure every opportunity has clear ownership, next steps, close dates, value, probability, and supporting context Build reporting views by program, geography, customer, pursuit status, stage, source, value, and owner Support weekly and monthly commercial reviews with clean reporting, accurate data, and clear insight Build scalable CRM architecture that can support continued growth across programs, geographies, customers, and revenue streams Operational & Cross-Functional Support Partner with leadership to build a disciplined operating cadence around pipeline and commercial execution Support BD, capture, and program teams with CRM hygiene, pipeline reviews, meeting prep, and action tracking Create SOPs for lead management, CRM usage, pipeline updates, reporting, and forecasting Support proposal and capture workflows so opportunities are tracked from early lead through customer engagement, proposal, negotiation, and close Bring structure without adding unnecessary bureaucracy — systems should be practical, accurate, and easy for teams to actually use What You'll Bring Strong experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations, ideally in a scaling company Expert-level CRM experience, ideally Salesforce (admin-level configuration, not just user-level) Proven experience building pipeline architecture, dashboards, workflows, and forecasting infrastructure Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, gaps, and stalled opportunities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across executive, BD, program, finance, and technical teams High attention to detail and strong standards around data quality Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with minimal direction Preferred Experience in aerospace, defense, or another government-contracting environment, with familiarity with program-of-record language, OTAs, and DoD acquisition pathways Experience supporting business development, capture, or proposal workflows directly Experience building or cleaning up Salesforce in an early-stage or scaling company Experience managing CRM data across multiple geographies or business lines Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership teams Experience creating executive dashboards or board-level commercial reporting What We're Looking For A true CRM owner who can bring control, structure, and visibility to commercial activity Strong operational discipline with a practical understanding of how leads become pipeline and pipeline becomes revenue Ability to manage complexity across multiple programs, geographies, customers, and internal teams Commercial awareness and the ability to understand what leadership needs to see to make decisions Bias for action, clean execution, and continuous improvement Growth Opportunity This role provides the opportunity to build the revenue operations foundation for a rapidly growing aerospace and defense company, working closely with the cofounders to create the pipeline visibility, reporting discipline, and forecasting rigor needed to support Tiberius as it scales across programs and geographies.
