Indispensable :AI

This role requires a female staff member, as it includes helping our young dancers (most of them girls) with toileting and changing.

You're the heart of our studio. Every week, children of all ages come to us to dance, grow in confidence and make friends. You're the reason it all runs smoothly.

Your day

  • You're the friendly, organised contact for the parents, teachers and partners we work with.
  • Welcome families when they arrive, answer their questions and help new dancers book their first class.
  • Make sure every class has a teacher, and sort out covers when someone's sick.
  • Help bring our concerts, competitions and exams to life, from costumes to tickets.
  • Keep payments on track, so our teachers can focus on teaching.
  • Keep the studio running day to day, from errands and supplies to whatever else needs a hand.
  • Help our young dancers, most of them girls, with toileting and changing when needed. For their privacy, this role requires a female staff member.

Why it matters

You'll see the difference you make every day, like a shy child's first class or a proud family on concert night. You'll grow with a creative, close-knit team, and you'll go home knowing you helped children find their love for dance.

You'll love this if:

  • You are warm
  • Organized and Calm when things get busy
  • You love kids and the Arts
  • and you enjoy using AI to work efficiently

Bonus points (and remuneration) if you have a dance background, or can teach dance, yoga or any other kind of studio class.
