Tender Specialist / Estimation Engineer

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

5–8 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and quantity surveying within the construction industry.

Strong experience in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.

Excellent knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, and cost estimation.

Experience in analyzing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Ability to prepare detailed material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and pricing.

Experience in obtaining and analyzing supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Ability to prepare tender comparison sheets and commercial analysis.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and relevant engineering software.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines.
